Job summary

Dashiell, an operating unit of Quanta Services, seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead high voltage engineering projects in industrial or utility settings at Cary, NC. You will steer proposals, manage budgets and schedules, and coordinate with clients and internal teams to deliver results safely and on time.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and at least ten years of supervision/management experience on high voltage projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field is required.
• Ten years of supervision/management experience on budgets and work groups is required.
• Experience in managing high voltage projects is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead project proposal and bid process in conjunction with Sales.
• Negotiate, approve and execute prime contracts and change orders.
• Review and implement project specifications and design changes.
• Communicate project status, risks, schedule and costs to stakeholders.
• Develop and approve internal and external project reports including budgeting and cash flow.
• Routinely present project updates to senior management.
• Lead multi-discipline project team for assigned projects.
• Direct subcontract bid process and prepare scope documents for contracts.
• Oversee invoicing process and permit acquisition.
