Job summary

Dashiell, a leading provider of electrical infrastructure services, seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead high voltage engineering projects in industrial or utility settings, guiding proposals and managing projects end-to-end.

The role requires coordinating with clients, internal teams and subcontractors, overseeing budgeting, scheduling, scope and risk, and delivering reports and invoicing with precision. Travel to project sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Ten years of supervision/management of budgets and work groups.
• Experience managing high voltage projects preferred.
• Demonstrated understanding of substations and transmission systems preferred.
• Proficient in project controls and cost management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution for high voltage engineering projects in industrial or utility settings.
• Drive project planning, budgeting, and objectives, and manage through close-out.
• Coordinate between clients and external entities and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Prepare and review internal and external project reports including budgets and cash flow.
• Oversee invoicing process and contracting with suppliers and subcontractors.
