Job summary

Dashiell in Houston seeks a Project Manager to lead turnkey high voltage substation construction projects. You will plan, execute, and monitor efforts across multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Civil Engineering and 10 years’ experience in substations/transmission; professional registration is preferred. Occasional travel to project sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Civil Engineering, or equivalent is required.
• 10 years experience in the design, construction, or operations of substations and/or transmission lines is required.
• 10 years of experience in the supervision/management of budgets and work groups is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for the cost, schedule, safety, quality and completion of construction projects.
• Coordinate work with Purchasing to ensure materials are expedited and received for construction.
• Manage multiple project teams.
• Prepare and maintain cash flows, monthly billing, change orders for assigned projects.
