Job summary

Körber Pharma Packaging AG is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale, cross-functional programs in the US. You will drive project scope, schedule, budget, and resources, coordinating across engineering, sales, and operations to meet contractual commitments.

You will manage stakeholder communications, risk, and procurement, ensuring alignment with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements while traveling up to 50% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive project or program management experience.
• Advanced degree or certifications such as PMP or Six Sigma are preferred.
• Proven experience managing complex, large-scale technical projects in material handling, logistics, or automation.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee full project execution lifecycle from initiation through closure, ensuring alignment with contractual and customer requirements.
• Create and maintain detailed project schedules in MS Project; forecast resource demands and expenditures; manage deviations.
• Identify scope changes, assess cost/schedule impacts, and communicate changes to customers and stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications, technical documentation, and project updates.
