iBASEt Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, customer-facing initiatives, owning end-to-end delivery with focus on schedule, quality and cost.

This role partners with new and existing customers in the EMEA region and applies the SIM methodology to deliver value. You will forecast resources, manage budgets, govern programs through PMO structures, mentor junior PMs, and serve as the primary point of contact for executives and stakeholders while working remotely or on site at

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering required.
• 7-10 years industry experience required.
• PMP certification required.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
• Engage executive relationships as part of the Executive Steering Committee.
• Lead high to critical complexity projects with budgets, scope and stakeholders.
• Establish and enforce PMO governance structures and decision processes.
• Forecast resources utilization and project-related revenues.
• Maintain frequent project health updates for internal and external customers.
• Coordinate staffing with Resource Managers to properly staff projects.
• Mentor mid-level and junior Project Managers as required.
