Job summary

iBASEt Inc. is seeking a Manager, Business Solution Consultants to lead the Professional Services BSC team and partner with organizational leadership to continuously improve our delivery process using SIM. This role is customer-facing and focuses on guiding change management and process engineering across projects.

Responsibilities include mentoring staff, developing future leaders, and delivering high-quality outcomes while maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT/Engineering/Manufacturing.
• 5+ years in environments implementing enterprise software solutions.
• 5+ years in manufacturing operations and supporting roles.
• 5+ years implementing enterprise-class software solutions.
• 2+ years managing a remote team of consultants.

Responsibilities

• Leads and mentors the Business Solution Consultants team.
• Partner with organizational leaders to optimize delivery processes using SIM.
• Oversee recruitment, induction, development, and onboarding.
• Facilitate change management and process engineering activities.
• Ensure quality and alignment with corporate objectives and metrics.
• Travel to customer sites as required to align expectations.
