Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Product Manager to own the end-to-end GenAI platforms feature roadmap and MCP server requests. You will coordinate with platform engineers, vendors, and leadership to deliver capabilities that meet business and employee needs.

You will conduct market and user research, run pilots with clear entry criteria, and shepherd features through legal, privacy, and security reviews before production. A strong background in product management and technical writing is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, IT or related field with 7+ years experience (or advanced degree with 5+ years)
• 7+ years of Product Management experience in agile software development with strong customer experience
• 6+ years hands-on technical writing, production code, solution engineering, or technical architecture in large-scale environments
• 7+ years Product Management experience in agile software product development with advanced customer experience

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end GenAI platforms feature roadmap and MCP server requests aligned with business goals and customer needs
• Conduct market and customer research including vendor release tracking and employee feedback from pilots
• Run pilots for new features with defined criteria and success measures and provide go/no-go recommendations to leadership
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive delivery and release, ensuring legal, cyber and privacy reviews and production readiness
• Work with outside partners and platform vendors to ensure commitments are met
• Analyze data to prioritize features, assess risks and support decision-making
• Manage product backlog and coordinate Agile ceremonies; address technical debt
• Develop adoption tools and training materials with release notes and employee guidance
• Enter other duties as assigned by management
