T-Mobile seeks a senior product leader to own the GenAI platforms, gateway and employee AI assistants as products—the roadmap, adoption, and the move from pilot to production.

You will own vendor relationships, training, communications, cross‑functional enablement and executive‑level storytelling, holding teams to a high bar of value and usability.

The role requires a strong blend of product management, technical leadership and change management in a large enterprise.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of related work experience.
• Experience in product management in agile software environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team that runs GenAI platforms, gateway and employee AI assistants as products—the roadmap, feature availability and move to production.
• Own vendor relationships, quarterly business reviews and contracts across the platform portfolio.
• Own adoption—training, communications, line-of-business enablement and the champion network.
• Own gateway configuration, compliance data handling and AI cost management as product capabilities.
• Run the shared library and marketplace for approved AI building blocks.
• Publish platform usage and adoption measures to governance bodies and leaders.
• Develop partnerships to ensure understanding of business needs and cross-functional collaboration.
• Mentor team members with coaching and career development.
• Oversee executive-level presentations communicating complex analytics.
