Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree plus 7 years of related work experience or Advanced degree with 5 years
• Acceptable areas of study include Computer Science, Engineering, IT or equivalent experience
• 6+ years experience in hands-on technical writing production code, solution engineering, or technical architecture
• 7+ years of relevant Product Management experience in an agile software product development environment
• 7+ years of PM experience in agile environments with strong customer experience focus

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end GenAI platforms feature roadmap and MCP server requests.
• Conduct market and customer research to identify opportunities for strategy and roadmap development.
• Run pilots for new features with defined entry criteria and success metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive delivery and manage regulatory reviews.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure commitments are met.
• Analyze data to prioritize features and assess risks for decision making.
• Manage product backlog and coordinate Agile ceremonies.
• Develop adoption tools and training materials with release notes and guidance.
