Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a senior Product Manager to own the end-to-end GenAI platform roadmap and MCP server requests. You will guide cross-functional teams through pilots, deployments, and governance, aligning with business goals and employee needs.

In this role you will conduct market research, track vendor releases, and collaborate with platform engineers to deliver secure, scalable features that enhance employee experience and operational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, IT or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of product management in agile software environments.
• 6+ years of hands-on technical writing, solution engineering, or tech architecture in large-scale settings.
• 7+ years of product management experience with customer-centric focus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end GenAI platform feature roadmap and MCP server requests from vision to production.
• Conduct market and customer research to inform strategy and vendor releases.
• Run pilots with defined criteria and Go/No-Go decisions.
