T-Mobile is seeking a GenAI Platform Product Manager in Bellevue to own the end-to-end feature roadmap and MCP server requests. You will manage cross-functional delivery, vendor coordination, and regulatory reviews to bring new capabilities to employees quickly and safely.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree + 7 years of related experience or advanced degree with 5 years.
• 7+ years of Product Management in an agile software product environment.
• 6+ years in hands-on technical writing, production code, solution engineering, or architecture.
• 7+ years of Product Management experience with a focus on customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end GenAI platform and MCP server feature roadmap and requests.
• Conduct market and customer research to inform strategy and pilots.
• Run pilots with clear criteria and go/no-go decisions for production.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive delivery and compliance reviews.
• Coordinate with external partners and vendors to meet commitments.
• Analyze data to prioritize features and manage risks.
• Manage product backlog and Agile ceremonies to optimize delivery.
• Develop adoption tools and release notes for new features.
• Handle additional duties as assigned by management.
