Job summary

The Intelligent Services team within ServiceNow's AI Innovation org leads enterprise search and conversational AI, delivering foundational search capabilities and RAG-driven experiences across the Now Platform.

As Senior Manager of Product Management for Search AI, you will mentor 4+ PMs, align engineering, ML and UX partners, define strategy, and ship high-impact features that boost user satisfaction and business value.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading product teams, mentoring leaders, cross-functional work.
• 8+ years in software PM with enterprise search/RAG products.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML frameworks and modern search tech.
• Track record delivering scalable features with market impact.
• Deep empathy for users and translating needs into solutions.
• Data-driven approach to validate hypotheses and measure success.

Responsibilities

• Set vision for Enterprise Search & AI; define strategy for search, RAG, Q&A.
• Own outcomes; secure executive buy-in and deliver measurable impact.
• Lead with technical depth; guide engineering, ML, UX with clear requirements.
• Champion user-driven innovation via pilots and market insights.
• Drive platform adoption; collaborate with other teams to embed AI capabilities.
• Define and refine metrics for real-world performance and value.
