ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Manager of Product Management for Search AI to lead the development of enterprise search and conversational AI capabilities. You will manage a team, align with AI Innovation, and shape how search and GenAI power the Now Platform with trusted information and measurable impact.

You’ll partner with engineering, ML research, UX, and design to deliver customer-centric, scalable features that drive adoption and revenue growth across the platform.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leading product teams with cross-functional collaboration.
• 8+ years in software product management for enterprise search or RAG.
• Strong AI/ML fluency with modern search technologies.
• Delivery track record of scalable features with outcomes.
• Deep empathy for users and customer-centric mindset.
• Data-driven approach using qualitative and quantitative insights.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy for enterprise search, RAG, and QA to scale growth.
• Lead a team of PMs, mentoring and aligning with executives.
• Guide engineering, ML research, UX, and design with clear requirements.
• Drive user-driven innovation through pilots and research.
• Embed search/GenAI across the platform to maximize impact.
• Define metrics to measure relevance, performance, and value.
• Develop future leaders and foster a culture of technical excellence.
