• 10+ years building and leading high‑performing product teams.
• 8+ years in software product management with enterprise search or RAG products.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML frameworks and modern search technologies.
• Proven track record delivering scalable features with outcomes.
• Deep empathy for users and ability to translate needs into solutions.
• Data‑driven approach to validate hypotheses and measure success.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and communicating trade‑offs.

Responsibilities

• Set the vision and strategy for enterprise search, retrieval‑augmented generation, and Q&A capabilities.
• Own outcomes and secure executive buy‑in for initiatives.
• Lead with technical depth, guiding engineering, ML research, UX research, and design partners.
• Champion user‑driven innovation through pilots and market insights.
• Drive platform adoption by embedding search/GenAI across ServiceNow ecosystem.
• Define metrics to capture real‑world performance and business value.
