Qualifications
- 10+ years building and leading product teams
- 8+ years in software product management with enterprise search/RAG
- Strong understanding of AI/ML and modern search tech
- Track record delivering scalable features with outcomes
- Deep empathy for users and customer-centric solutions
- Experience leveraging qualitative/quantitative insights
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and trade-offs
Responsibilities
- Set the vision for Enterprise Search & AI; define strategy for search, RAG, and QA capabilities
- Own outcomes, secure executive buy-in, and deliver measurable impact
- Lead with technical depth; guide engineering, ML research, UX, and design teams
- Champion user-driven innovation through pilots and market insights
- Drive adoption across the platform by embedding capabilities
- Define and refine metrics for real-world performance and value
- Develop future leaders by mentoring a team of 4+ PMs
