Coinbase, Inc. is seeking a Product Manager to lead the DeFi Borrow area, owning the end-to-end experience for crypto-backed lending within the Coinbase Consumer app.

You will shape the multi-year strategy, drive roadmaps, and partner across teams to deliver secure, scalable loan flows. You will collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Finance to maintain regulatory comfort while delivering a best-in-class user experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management delivering financial products at scale.
• Ability to translate multi-quarter strategy into roadmaps and experiments.
• Familiarity with onchain concepts and lending protocols.
• Experience using data to inform product decisions and risk/return tradeoffs.
• Uses AI judiciously to improve workflows with human oversight.

Responsibilities

• Own DeFi Borrow product area end-to-end from vision to launch across web and mobile.
• Drive multi-year roadmap for crypto-backed loans including refinancing and new surfaces.
• Define OKRs and lead cross-functional teams to hit growth and portfolio health goals.
• Partner with Engineering to ship scalable borrowing experiences with reliability.
• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Finance to meet regulatory expectations.
