Job summary

AEC Alliance seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead a large-scale data center project in Tulsa, OK. The role focuses on on-site leadership, schedule ownership, and strong coordination with owners, GCs, and design teams.

Ideal candidates bring data center / mission critical construction experience, 3+ years of leading project teams, and solid CPM scheduling and financial management skills. Relocation assistance is available if needed.

Qualifications

• Data center / Mission Critical construction experience (required)
• 3+ years of experience leading a project team and field operations
• Strong CPM scheduling skills and project financial management
• Solid field knowledge of means, methods, and MEP coordination
• Ability to step in and run the project from day one

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Senior PM on-site for the GC mentoring and leading a project team (PMs, APMs, Superintendents, MEP Engineers)
• Own the project schedule, stakeholder meetings, and financials (budgets, cost control, forecasting, pay apps, change orders)
• Act as the primary point of contact for the owner, partner GC, design teams, and subcontractors
• Drive quality, safety, and schedule on a highly technical data center project
