Qualifications

• Manage all activities across projects from pre-construction to occupancy and warranty enforcement.
• Coordinate with client, vendors and stakeholders; oversee scheduling, tests and inspections.
• Review pay applications, project documentation and ensure compliance with design, budget and schedule.
• Provide engineering support and liaison with inspectors and project controls.
