AECOM is building data center projects and proactively connecting with top talent for upcoming opportunities. The Data Center Construction Manager position is on site in Utah and leads multi-disciplinary teams through pre-construction, design coordination, construction, and occupancy.

You will coordinate with clients and vendors, monitor schedule and budget, review pay applications, ensure safety and compliance, and drive quality across complex infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• BA/BS plus 8 years of experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management or related field.
• 10 years of on-site construction experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages all activities for assigned projects from pre-construction to occupancy.
• Coordinates construction activities with the client and client vendors and other stakeholders.
• Understands scheduling, critical milestones, and construction means and methods.
• Plans and organizes reports and reviews documentation from multiple project teams.
• Provides technical direction to ensure design, budget, schedule and quality compliance.
• Coordinate with General Contractor for tests, inspections and reports.
• Review punch lists and verify completion before substantial completion.
• Monitor progress and maintain field documentation and QA.
• Participate in technical evaluations for A/E, GC and vendor selection.
• Cost tracking and budget management.
