Job summary

Turner & Townsend seeks an experienced CSA Project Manager to lead data center construction initiatives in Tulsa, OK. You will coordinate architects, engineers, and suppliers, manage milestones, and ensure governance and best practices across complex core‑and‑shell facilities.

The role requires a strong PM background, solid knowledge of construction tools, and the ability to deliver on time and within budget while liaising with owners and regional stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or field related to construction.
• Strong organizational and management skills; ability to work effectively and collaboratively with the broader team.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and supply chains to deliver compliant projects.
• Analyze, track, and manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slips.
• Verify effective project governance, processes, and systems are utilized.
• Ensure application of best practice on all projects.
• Produce formal project status reports and other reports as required.
• Monitor progress of multiple construction projects to ensure design standards are applied correctly.
• Manage interface between all suppliers via monthly trackers and weekly reviews.
• Coordinate project information flow through meetings and written communications.
• Forecast and update key milestones and budget.
• Provide technical support to owners, architects, general contractors and regional stakeholders.
