Job summary

Daksta is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead large-scale data center construction projects in Tulsa, OK. You will oversee budgets, schedules, and subcontractors to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery and adherence to quality standards.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in construction PM, GC background, and deep knowledge of MEP coordination and project controls; data center experience is a plus. Procore/Primavera P6 familiarity is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably large-scale commercial/industrial projects.
• Data center construction experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale data center construction projects from inception through completion.
• Manage project budgets, cost forecasting, change orders, procurement, and financial reporting.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
• Coordinate with Superintendents, Project Engineers, MEP teams, subcontractors, architects, and clients.
• Oversee subcontractor performance and contractual obligations.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
• Support commissioning, testing, inspections, and final handover.
• Maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and trade partners.
