Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction-related field; graduate degree preferred.
• 12+ years of relevant construction project management experience.
• 2+ years leading large multi-discipline teams in a consulting environment.
• Proven track record delivering PM services for clients.
• Strong business development and client growth experience.
• Experience in major construction sectors including data center, CRE, life sciences, industrial, natural resources.
• Excellent presentation, verbal, written, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a PM team and ensure delivery on all accountabilities.
• Oversee client communications and PM services delivery.
• Research construction market conditions and publish thought leadership.
• Manage strategy, resource, financials, and training for PM services.
• Develop market strategy, grow client base, and pipeline.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and quality controls.
• Monitor revenue, margins, and staffing for cost management.
• Prepare proposals and respond to RFPs.
• Mentor staff and plan for future staffing.
