Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Product Manager for CRM & GTM Systems to own lead-to-opportunity workflows and go-to-market tooling. You will partner with Sales, Marketing and Revenue Operations to translate priorities into a clear roadmap with measurable outcomes.

Remotely located in the United States, you will drive discovery, align stakeholders, and lead initiatives from concept through launch and measurement to improve pipeline performance and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Salesforce product management or related roles.
• Knowledge of lead-to-opportunity processes and their connection to sales pipeline.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and marketing automation platforms (Marketo/HubSpot).
• Ability to communicate multi-quarter product roadmaps to senior stakeholders.
• Experience leading initiatives with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Technical fluency to engage with engineering on API design and data models.
• Experience mentoring analysts and BSAs, with a focus on people development.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the internal product roadmap for the lead-to-opportunity domain.
• Translate business strategies into prioritized system capabilities with clear outcomes.
• Drive quarterly planning ceremonies and align capacity with roadmap commitments.
• Serve as the primary product voice for lead-to-opportunity and go-to-market systems initiatives.
• Lead discovery and requirements workshops to translate complex needs into actionable specifications.
• Manage a healthy backlog of requests from Marketing and Sales Development.
• Lead initiatives end-to-end, from discovery to post-launch measurement.
