Job summary

GitLab is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the CRM & GTM systems and drive Salesforce-based initiatives that scale our go-to-market operations. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Engineering to identify gaps and deliver integrated solutions.

You will own the roadmap, governance, and rollout across CRM platforms, ensuring data integrity, actionable insights, and measurable impact on pipeline and customer experience. This role is fully remote and global.

Qualifications

• Proven product management experience in GTM systems, with Salesforce focus.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture and related CRM tools.
• Experience collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Engineering.
• Ability to prioritize roadmaps and manage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive the strategic direction for GitLab’s GTM systems, with a focus on Salesforce, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and integrations with our product, billing, and data platforms.
• Partner with stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Engineering to identify system gaps and opportunities to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Lead the full product development lifecycle, from discovery and requirements gathering to implementation and rollout.
• Build and prioritize a roadmap that balances technical debt, platform scalability, and new capabilities, aligning with company goals and OKRs.
• Implement best practices for CRM data governance, ensuring data integrity, accurate reporting, and actionable insights across GTM teams.
• Drive change management efforts, ensuring smooth adoption of new tools and processes across GTM teams.
• Measure and communicate the impact of system improvements on pipeline generation, sales productivity, and customer experience.
