Responsibilities

• Write and maintain accurate messaging for product features and product areas
• Execute launch plans for small to mid-sized releases and support larger launches
• Produce content that helps customers evaluate and adopt the product
• Equip sales teams with materials needed for effective customer conversations
• Track the competitive landscape and maintain current competitive assets
• Gather customer insights to create case studies and proof points
• Define success metrics for projects and analyze performance data
