Job summary

Ladders in the United States is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Sales, Marketing & Business Solutions to own the product strategy for commercial systems with a CRM focus across sales and marketing operations.

You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and senior stakeholders to translate business priorities into clear requirements, measurable outcomes, and scalable platform improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software development, digital product management, or CRM systems.
• Hands-on Salesforce delivery: Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Experience with Eloqua, Marketo, or HubSpot.
• Proven ability to partner with Sales and Marketing to map goals to roadmaps.
• Strong analytical skills using data to drive decisions.
• Experience portfolio management: intake, prioritization, and roadmap management.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy and roadmap for sales/marketing platforms with CRM focus.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements and prioritize by value.
• Manage integration between CRM and marketing automation, including lead lifecycle and scoring.
• Lead planning with stakeholders to ensure visibility and outcomes.
• Collaborate with engineering on data models and build vs. buy decisions.
• Plan releases and manage dependencies across platforms.
• Define and track KPIs to measure success.
