Job summary

Twitch is the world’s biggest live streaming service, powering millions of creators and communities. We are seeking a visionary Sr. Product Manager to own the roadmap for commerce features that help streamers monetize and engage their audiences across devices.

You will define strategy for interactive, mobile-native monetization tools and help creators earn while growing their channels, with collaboration across Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Community teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
• Experience with live streaming, gaming, or the creator economy.
• Experience with monetization products and balancing creator earnings with user experience.
• Experience building consumer-facing products at scale, especially mobile apps.
• Deep understanding of creator ecosystems and what helps them succeed on digital platforms.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and aligning diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to define 1–2 year product strategies and execute ambitious roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Lead the product vision and roadmap for Twitch commerce capabilities.
• Own the 1–2 year vision and prioritize features for streamer connections and monetization.
• Own streamer success metrics (interaction rates, earnings, engagement, retention).
• Run experiments to test new features and improve outcomes for streamers and communities.
• Drive multi-screen strategy for seamless experiences across devices.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Research, and Community teams to deliver results.
• Champion streamer-first thinking to enhance earnings and channel growth.
