Job summary

Twitch Interactive, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Product Manager to own the roadmap for interactive, mobile-native commerce products that help streamers monetize and deepen community connections. You will shape strategy forBits, Subscriptions, and related monetization tools across devices.

You will lead cross-functional efforts with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Community teams to deliver measurable streamer and viewer outcomes. This role can be based in San Francisco, CA, or Seattle, WA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• 5+ years of work experience as a Product Manager.
• Experience with live streaming, gaming, or the broader creator economy.
• Experience with monetization products and balancing creator earnings with user experience.
• Experience building consumer-facing products at scale, especially mobile apps or creator/community tools.
• Deep understanding of creator ecosystems and what helps them succeed on digital platforms.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and driving alignment across diverse stakeholders.
• Experience defining 1-2 year product strategies and executing ambitious roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Lead the product vision and roadmap for high-impact Twitch commerce capabilities.
• Own 1-2 year vision and drive prioritization for streamer connectivity and monetization features.
• Own core streamer success metrics: interaction rates, earnings, engagement, mobile conversion, retention.
• Run experiments to test new features and improve streamer outcomes.
• Drive multi-screen product strategy for seamless engagement across devices.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Research, and Community teams.
• Champion streamer-first thinking to enhance earnings, engagement, and channel growth.
