Job summary

Twitch is seeking a Sr. Product Manager to own the roadmap for commerce features that empower streamers to monetize and engage their communities. You’ll define strategy, lead cross‑functional teams, and drive metrics like creator earnings and viewer engagement across mobile and web. Location flexibility across several US west coast cities and Seattle.

Qualifications

5+ years of work experience as a Product Manager.
Experience with live streaming, gaming, or the creator economy.
Experience with monetization products and balancing creator earnings with user experience.
Experience building consumer-facing products at scale, mobile apps or creator/community tools.
Deep understanding of creator ecosystems and community dynamics.
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and driving alignment.

Responsibilities

Lead the product vision and roadmap for high-impact Twitch commerce capabilities.
Own 1–2 year vision and prioritization for streamer connectivity and monetization features.
Own core streamer success metrics including earnings, engagement, conversion and retention.
Run experiments to test new features and improve streamer outcomes.
Drive multi-screen strategy for cross-device engagement and monetization.
Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Research, and Community teams.
Champion streamer-first thinking to grow channels and creator earnings.
