Job summary

Twitch is seeking a Senior UX Designer for the Monetization Team in Irvine to lead program-level design work, mentor junior designers, and collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers. You will also learn from streamers and viewers to innovate the user experience for monetization features.

Designers on this team combine qualitative and quantitative insights, apply AI tooling to workflows, and help shape product strategy and roadmaps to improve content discovery and engagement

Qualifications

5+ years of practical UX design experience with content discovery/engagement.
Proven interaction design and visual craft with mobile prototyping.
Experience incorporating AI tooling into design workflows.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with a cross-functional team of product managers, engineers, and designers.
Learn from streamers and viewers to understand their desires and needs.
Think creatively to solve problems that sustain streamers’ communities.
Mentor junior designers and promote best practices within the team.
Present work in design reviews and feedback sessions.
