Job summary

Twitch is seeking a Director, Head of Product Marketing to build and elevate our global PMM function from the ground up. You will lead a proactive marketing engine that drives platform-wide value for creators and viewers.

Reporting to the CMO, you will translate complex platform mechanics into clear creator narratives, scale a world-class team, and partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and GTM to solve discovery and monetization challenges.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant, high-growth consumer tech or creator platform experience.
• 5+ years leading and scaling high-performing cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Define the core value proposition of Twitch's product ecosystem for creators and viewers.
• Architect and lead a world-class PMM team with clear accountability and high-impact bets.
• Translate platform roadmaps into creator value narratives and monetization strategies.
• Partner with Product, Design, Engineering, Data Science, and GTM to align on roadmaps.
• Turn marketing into a native platform feature with data-backed insights.
