Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Senior Project Manager to provide overall direction and leadership for significantly complex projects in Irving, TX. You will own project outcomes, supervise safety, manage pre-construction activities, bid packages, and subcontracts, and drive schedule, cost, and profitability.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering and 10+ years of construction management experience, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of construction management experience.
• Valid driver's license; willingness to travel.
• Ability to manage budgets and maximize profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of safety culture and mentoring.
• Support pre-construction with quantity take-off and scope development.
• Manage subcontracts, pricing, and change orders.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and procurement logs.
• Provide monthly cost and margin forecasts and reporting.
