Job summary

JE Dunn Construction seeks a Project Manager 2 to lead moderately complex construction projects, coordinating preconstruction and site activities. You will guide safety, schedule, and subcontractor management in alignment with our strategy and values.

You will partner with cross-functional teams, drive risk analysis, monitor budget and progress, and ensure successful project closeout. A bachelor’s degree in CM/Engineering and 7+ years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• 7+ years construction management experience.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
• Proficiency in MS Office and construction/project management software.

Responsibilities

• Leads all aspects of the company’s safety culture and creates awareness.
• Manages the prestart checklist form and supports preconstruction activities.
• Coordinates takeoff, bid packages, schedule development and buyout.
• Manages submittal schedules, reviews shop drawings and samples.
• Coordinates with stakeholders and manages risk analysis through project lifecycle.
• Leads project meetings, reports, and ensures on-time closeout.
