Job summary

The role requires on-site leadership, strong communication, and hands-on project coordination with subcontractors and trades to deliver projects on schedule and within scope.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform work accurately and completely, and in a timely manner.
• Communications skills, verbal and written.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management/accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Performs safety and quality plan tasks and mentors others.
• Coordinates QA/QC planning to ensure task quality.
• Participates in estimating and change management with quantity take-off.
• Works on site with the project team to monitor crew, materials, and schedule.
• Participates in punch lists, inspections, safety and quality reviews.
• Organizes documentation and disseminates required reports.
• Coordinates meetings and supports scheduling and cost reporting.
• Manages procurement logs and shop drawing tracking.
• Provides project updates to support scheduling and closeout.
