J.E. Dunn Construction Company in Dallas, TX is seeking a Senior Project Manager to provide overall direction and leadership for significantly complex projects.

The role carries responsibility for project outcomes, profitability, and administration, aligned with the company’s strategy and values. The position focuses on safety leadership, preconstruction involvement, estimating support, and effective coordination with subcontractors, owners, designers, and suppliers to ensure on-time, on-budget

Responsabilidades

• Leads all aspects of safety culture and mentors staff as needed.
• Oversees preconstruction activities including quantity takeoff, trade coordination and scope development.
• Leads buyout scheduling, verifies pricing and scopes, and manages subcontract issuance.
• Manages submittal schedules, coordinates priorities with the team, and reviews shop drawings.
• Ensures submittals are returned to subcontractors and available to the project team per schedule.
• Coordinates with logistics to obtain pricing on materials and equipment.
• Performs ongoing risk analysis of subcontractors throughout project lifecycle.
• Coordinates with stakeholders including subcontractors, owner, field, design team, vendors, etc.
• Prepares, submits and obtains approvals for change requests.
• Leads monthly project reviews, progress meetings and OAC meetings.
• Completes monthly subcontractor and owner pay application process.
