Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Dallas, TX to lead highly complex projects and multiple teams from preconstruction through closeout. You will own project outcomes, manage profitability, and ensure safety and quality in alignment with JE Dunn’s standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating with subs and design teams, developing schedules, reviewing submittals, and communicating progress to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• 10+ years construction management experience.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and mentor staff to maintain an injury-free environment.
• Oversee preconstruction activities including estimates, buyout, schedules and subcontracting.
• Coordinate with owners, designers, subcontractors, and vendors to manage scope and risk.
• Prepare monthly cost and margin forecasts and contribute to project budgeting.
