Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead civil infrastructure and land development projects across the western U.S. You will guide preliminary engineering, final design, construction drawings, and project closeout for public and private sector clients, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

You will coordinate with teams in multiple offices, manage scopes, budgets, and schedules, and mentor emerging leaders while expanding client relationships and pursuing new work opportunities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of related Civil Engineering experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
• Registered or eligible to be registered as a Professional Engineer (P.E.) in Idaho.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project performance and apply project management frameworks.
• Serve as primary point of contact for internal partners and clients.
• Lead civil design including grading, drainage, and utilities.
• Manage multiple projects with scope, budget, and schedule oversight.
• Develop project schedules and budgets across all phases.
• Prepare status updates for clients and leadership.
• Review invoices and change orders.
• Support business development and client relationships.
