Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of Civil Engineering experience.
• Registered or eligible to become a Professional Engineer (P.E.) in Idaho.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall project performance and implement PM frameworks.
• Act as primary point of contact to clients and internal partners.
• Lead civil design including grading, drainage, street improvements, and hydrology modeling.
• Manage multiple projects with scope, budget, and schedule oversight.
• Develop and monitor project schedules and budgets across all phases.
• Provide regular project status updates to clients and leadership.
• Review invoices and change orders.
• Help develop new work opportunities and client relationships.
