Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead land development projects, from subdivisions to data centers and master-planned communities, across the western U.S. You will guide preliminary engineering, final design, and construction support, ensuring quality and timely delivery for public and private clients.

You will manage scope, budget, and schedule, coordinate with clients and teams, and contribute to business development.

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of related experience in Civil Engineering.
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related degree.
Registered or eligible to be registered as a PE in Idaho.

Responsibilities

Responsible for overall project performance and implementation of project management frameworks.
Primary point of contact to internal partners and clients.
Technical lead for grading, drainage, wet utilities, street improvements, and civil design documents.
Manage multiple projects with day-to-day oversight of scope, budget, and schedule.
Develop, track, update, forecast, and modify project schedule and budget.
Communicate project status regularly with client, project team, and leadership.
Review and approve invoices and change orders; assist in pursuing new work.
