Jobot is hiring a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to lead complex industrial and cold storage design-build projects across the U.S. You’ll own projects from preconstruction through closeout: refrigerated and frozen food distribution facilities, automated high-bay warehouses, and manufacturing and industrial buildings.

This is a true design-build role with in-house planning, design and engineering.

Qualifications

• Experience managing industrial and/or cold storage projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Design-build delivery experience.
• Strong leadership, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, contracts and multiple priorities.
• Collaborative, solution-focused approach with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Procore, Bluebeam and MS Project.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to travel periodically to project meetings and jobsites.
• ASRS/automated warehouse experience or refrigeration/IMP scopes and food & beverage facility work advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Deliver industrial and cold storage projects from preconstruction through closeout, on schedule, on budget and to high quality standards.
• Manage budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement, permits, scopes of work and change orders.
• Serve as the main point of contact for owners, design professionals, trade partners and internal teams.
• Coordinate across estimating, design and engineering, field operations and executive leadership.
• Spot issues early, recommend solutions and manage project risk.
• Build strong client relationships with clear communication and responsive service.
• Champion safety, quality and continuous improvement throughout every phase.
• Senior PMs may mentor junior PMs and APMs and help lead larger, more complex projects.
