Jobot is seeking multiple Project Managers to lead industrial, commercial, manufacturing and infrastructure construction projects across the United States. You will oversee preconstruction through closeout, ensuring safety, quality, budget and schedule objectives are achieved.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of PM experience, strong leadership and communication, and can manage multiple projects and teams with travel to sites as needed.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field required.
• 10+ years of project management experience in commercial, industrial, manufacturing or heavy civil construction.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting and contract administration.
• Experience managing multiple projects and cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel to project sites as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Manage all phases of construction projects from planning through completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets and forecasts.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, field teams and client stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, costs, safety and quality standards.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular reporting to leadership and clients.
• Review contracts, drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals and change orders.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Resolve project issues proactively to maintain timelines and client satisfaction.
• Support estimating, procurement and preconstruction activities as needed.
