Qualifications

• Experience on design-build projects with strong coordination skills.
• Solid understanding of refrigeration systems and industrial electrical processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage industrial and cold storage projects end-to-end.
• Coordinate design-build scopes including refrigerated warehouse systems.
• Drive project schedules through all phases of development.
• Serve as primary owner contact; manage OAC meetings and change orders.
