Job description

We are partnered with a growing design-build general contractor to place a Project Manager in their Atlanta market. This firm specializes in industrial, cold storage, and food/beverage processing facilities — delivering complex, spec-driven projects from design through turnover. Strong growth trajectory with a lean, high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Manage industrial and cold storage projects end-to-end — design coordination, subcontractor buyout, schedule, budget, and owner communications.
• Coordinate design-build scopes including refrigerated warehouse systems, insulated metal panels, ammonia/CO₂ refrigeration, and processing-specific MEP.
• Drive project schedules through design development, permitting, construction, and commissioning of temperature-controlled environments.
• Serve as primary owner contact; manage OAC meetings, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.

Requirements

• 5–12 years of construction PM experience; background in industrial, cold storage, food processing, or manufacturing preferred.
• Experience on design-build projects a strong plus; ability to coordinate between design team and field through all phases.
• Solid MEP understanding — refrigeration systems, industrial electrical, process piping a plus.
• Proficient in Procore. OSHA 30 required.
