Job summary

Harbor Compliance is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the zero to one build of our Client Communications Service. You will shape the roadmap, drive launch readiness, and partner with Engineering, Design, and Operations to mature a key onboarding and communications workflow.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in product management, experience with regulated environments, and a track record turning goals into actionable roadmaps and features.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product management, leading a product area from early to mature stage.
• Ability to master detailed, precise, and complex product landscapes in regulated environments.
• Proven track record translating goals into clear requirements and a roadmap.
• Experience partnering with Engineering, Design, and stakeholders to ship features.
• Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and wireframes.
• Proficient with Agile methodologies and tools (Linear, Jira Software, Jira Product Discovery).

Responsibilities

• Own the Client Communications roadmap end to end, driving growth and scale.
• Lead product discovery and delivery with Engineering, Design, and Operations.
• Define Epics and User Stories with scope, dependencies, and acceptance criteria.
• Produce user journeys, data flows, and wireframes for onboarding touchpoints.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Technology, and Service to align initiatives.
• Develop KPI dashboards to monitor client engagement and experience health.
• Manage backlog, sprint readiness, and delivery tracking in Jira.
• Communicate progress, risks, and tradeoffs to leadership.
