Job summary

Paxos is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the onboarding and activation experience from identity verification through initial platform use. You’ll partner with Compliance, Legal, Risk, Design, and Engineering to translate regulatory complexity into a competitive advantage and drive product surface areas used by financial institutions.

You will collaborate to define roadmap, metrics, and AI-driven compliance offerings while scaling tooling for cross-team impact and developer experiences.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience at a high-growth tech company.
• Hands-on crypto industry experience at a regulated firm (exchange or custodian).
• Strong grasp of global regulatory landscape shaping crypto compliance.
• Skilled at stakeholder management with a track record of aligning executives around priorities.
• Experience owning a broad, cross-functional portfolio spanning compliance, operations, money movement, notifications, reporting, and developer tooling.
• Data-informed prioritization with metrics to support trade-offs across a wide portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end onboarding and activation, from identity verification through first meaningful use of the platform.
• Set the roadmap for Paxos Dashboard, the main surface for accounts, transactions, and reporting.
• Shape compliance AI agent strategy and identify where automation replaces manual work.
• Own vendor relationships and integrations across KYC/KYB and transaction monitoring stacks.
• Build platform tooling and infrastructure so other Paxos teams can deliver five-star experiences in their products.
