Job summary

One Inc is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead customer onboarding and the end-to-end implementation of the One Inc product suite. You will guide the transition from Sales to Services, ensuring delivery aligns with customer requirements while collaborating with product and business partners.

The role emphasizes strong communication, leadership across time zones, and the ability to act as a trusted advisor to customers and partners. Some travel (<10%) is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as CS, IS, business or similar.
• Eight+ years leading enterprise software implementations or large-scale projects.
• Excellent communication and leadership with client-facing experience.
• Strong SDLC understanding and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize opportunities and articulate rationale to stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary PM during software implementations.
• Drive project schedules and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Gather requirements with product SMEs during discovery phases.
• Define scope, delivery, and solution with internal/external teams.
• Create and maintain work plans; manage resources and vendors.
• Manage changes to scope, time and costs; monitor risks.
• Hold weekly status meetings; ensure customer success.
