Job summary

Harbor Compliance is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the zero-to-one development of our Client Communications Service. You will define the roadmap, partner with Engineering, Design, and Operations, and drive features that improve engagement and onboarding across the client journey.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in product management, experience in regulated environments, and a proven ability to translate business goals into precise requirements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product management, owning a product area from early stage through maturity.
• Ability to master detailed, precise, and complex product landscapes—preferably in regulated/compliance-driven settings.
• Strong track record translating business goals and client needs into actionable requirements and roadmaps.
• Proven success partnering with Engineering, Design, and stakeholders to ship high-impact features.
• Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and wireframes.
• Proficiency with Agile methodologies and tools such as Linear, Jira Software and Jira Product Discovery.

Responsibilities

• Own the Client Communications roadmap end to end, translating strategy and user needs into prioritized initiatives that drive growth and scale.
• Lead product discovery and delivery with Engineering, Design, and Operations, from concept through launch.
• Define Epics and User Stories with clear scope and acceptance criteria for the engineering team.
• Produce user journey, process, and data flow diagrams for client communications and onboarding touchpoints; create wireframes and collaborate on designs.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Technology, and Service leaders to align initiatives with broader business goals and launches.
• Develop and maintain KPI dashboards to monitor communications performance and client engagement.
• Manage backlog, sprint readiness, and delivery tracking in Jira; ensure clear, well-scoped work.
• Communicate progress, risks, and tradeoffs clearly to cross-functional partners and leadership.
