Job summary

Paxos is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the end-to-end onboarding experience, including identity verification, KYC/KYB, and onboarding workflows. You will collaborate with Compliance, Legal, Risk, Design and Engineering to turn regulatory complexity into a competitive advantage and drive activation at scale.

You will shape the Paxos Dashboard roadmap and lead cross-functional partnerships to deliver seamless user experiences, reporting, and developer integrations.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience in technology / fintech environments.
• Hands-on crypto industry experience at a regulated firm such as an exchange or custodian.
• Strong grasp of global regulatory landscape shaping crypto compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end onboarding and activation, partnering with Compliance, Legal, Risk, Design and Engineering.
• Set the roadmap for the Paxos Dashboard for account management and reporting.
• Shape our compliance AI agent strategy to automate onboarding and ongoing ops.
• Own vendor relationships and integrations across the KYC/KYB and monitoring stack.
• Build platform tooling and infrastructure to enable other Paxos teams to deliver great experiences.
