Job summary

Paxos is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the end-to-end onboarding and activation experience for its Compliance Platform. You will partner with Compliance, Legal, Risk, Design and Engineering to turn regulatory complexity into a competitive advantage and drive scale through AI-enabled automation.

You will roadmap the Paxos Dashboard, enable customers to manage accounts and access reporting, and own vendor relationships across the KYC/KYB and transaction-monitoring stack.

Qualifications

• Experience owning onboarding and activation for enterprise customers.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, Risk, Design and Engineering.
• Experience building dashboards and reporting surfaces.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end onboarding and activation from identity verification through activation.
• Set roadmap for Paxos Dashboard used to manage accounts and reporting.
• Shape AI agent strategy to automate onboarding and ongoing operations.
• Own vendor relationships and integrations across KYC/KYB and monitoring stack.
• Build platform tooling and infrastructure supporting onboarding and compliance.
