Job summary

PHIL, Inc. seeks a Senior Product Manager - Launch and Client Success to own the successful launch of new clients onto PHIL's platform and ensure ongoing success by configuring business rules and developing client-specific capabilities.

You will lead client discovery, guide partners through decisions shaping their B2B and B2C experiences, and coordinate with engineering to deliver on time and correctly for live deployments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management or similar client-facing role in a tech environment.
• Proven experience leading client or partner implementations including discovery and go-live.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; healthcare domain experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead client discovery sessions and translate goals into a concrete launch plan.
• Guide clients through B2B2C decisions affecting end consumer experience.
• Collaborate with engineering to scope and implement client-specific configuration.
• Set expectations and communicate with stakeholders; surface risks early.
• Track launch outcomes and feed lessons learned back into the process.
• Own roadmap work balancing launches with ongoing feature development.
• Use data to evaluate product performance and identify adoption improvements.
• Define and track metrics tied to adoption, retention and value.
